Brandon,
I think I saw in another post that you have a set of new GTE/Scorro wheels:
Any chance you could measure the offset of those wheels and post to the list?? I just measured mine (15 x 6 and 15 x 7) and got some funky numbers for them:
Rear Wheels
Measured backspace, in = 3.750
Rim Overall Width, in = 7.875
Calc offset, in = 0.188
Calc offset, mm = 0.007
Front Wheels
Measured backspace, in = 3.625
Rim Overall Width, in = 6.875
Calc offset, in = -0.188
Calc offset, mm = -0.007
Not exactly sure of the rim overall width -- tried to measure it, but it is a little difficult with tires still mounted
Since it looks like you might have a set unmounted.......can you help?

Front offset is 4.25"...rear measurements to come...
